Our 800 number may not work from anywhere else; in that case our regular number is

If you are calling from our "local calling area" which the phone companies have decided is a triangle from London, to Exeter to Grand Bend then you can leave out the "1-" as it's not a long distance call! The 800 number will still work but it will cost us money!

We've been told by many people that they like dealing with us because we actually answer the phone and talk to you! Some parachuting schools seem to have only answering machines or voice mail and during the off-season they may not return calls. We are here most of the time and when we do step out it's normally not for long. If you do get our voice mail please leave a message as we will get back to you as soon as possible. That's likely better than just repeatedly calling back. There are times, especially in our off season when we may sneak away for a few days now and then. If possible we'll still check our voice mail messages daily so someone will get back to you- as they say on those annoying messages- your call is very important to us!

Oh, by the way, we live here too so it's OK to call those numbers in the evening but please don't call between midnight and 8 a.m.- you may be waking us up!
